Storyteller and Digital Strategist with a heart for justice, dignity, and liberation.

Intro

Dignity is at the core of my work and how I navigate life. Whether it’s through honoring a story for a campaign, informing audiences about how issues will impact them, or working with a client; dignity is my leading light. I grew up as the child of two Salvadoran immigrants and saw the hardships of navigating this country. At the same time, I existed in two worlds; raised by Spanish telenovelas and MTV, tortillas con frijoles and burgers and fries. Growing up this way motivates me to always see multiple point of views, as well as the grey areas of being a human which makes us more a like than we think. That’s why I do the work I do, to connect us in a world that can convince us we have to choose one identity. I exist and create for the inbetweeners, for the both/ands, and for the ones in the margins. If my mom taught me anything it’s to always stand firm in who I am, in my story, and the dignity in it that cannot be altered, lowered, or taken away. I’d like to do the same for others.
